I think its different when I come across someone with an accent. Accents cannot really be helped…maybe with some work over and time but not immediately at least. So in those cases, I do my very best to understand and never make someone feel like they’re not communicating properly.
But when I see someone who CAN pronounce and they STILL call me Rena instead of Reha…
