about the same :p
Almost the same but not the same. Let me try to explain.
Rassum hoti hai aur Riwaj perta hai.
For e.g. Aaj kal shadiyoon mein filaan cheez ka “riwaj” hai. (Hence aaj kal riwaj para huwa hai)
Now that riwaj may or may not in future become a “rassum”
For e.g. Aaj kal jo bhi rassum shadiyoon mein hai ye kabhi kisi waqt mein riwaj raha hoga.
In other words, rassum is kinda necesity which must be performed, where as riwaj is not the necesity but prefrebly performed.
Hope it helped.

tarbiyat = personality? i think
it can also mean "upbringing" depending in the context u use it
ie
1) uski tarbiyat bohot achi hai (here its personality)
2) yeh sab achi tarbiyat hone ka nateeja ha (upbringing)

tarbiyat = training/quidance/schooling
it does not mean personality....
A slight modification in armughal’s answer
Tarbiyat = Is also Bringing up, to educate, to train.
BTW before replying to all the questions above i refered myself to urdu dictionary.
