I have a 3 yr concentration from a Canadian university. Does anyone know if this is equivalent to a bachelors degree in the USA?

How many credits do you have? US Bachelors are minimum 120 credits.

Errr I have 90 credits. So I guess it is not equivalent!! THAT SUX!

yep... 3 years degree is considered equivalent to an Associate or sometimes a non-honors Bachelors degree.
That being said, in some cases, Universities in the U.S. consider "years of education" as a metric of equivalency and if you graduated from high-school in the old OSSD system from grade 13 instead of grade 12, this would make your full-time education as 16 years equivalent... which is the same as 12 years plus 4 years of undergrad.

what u can do is look at programs in the US, which might transfer some of ur credits from ur current conc. &
instead of having to do the whole prog in the US all over again, u will only make up for the extra credits which u do not have at the moment.
there are combined BA-MA or MA-PHD progs as well.
university of Maryland, Brown University & Columbia have some good progs.
