I have to write a report on equal employment opportunity (a current or past case, a comparison of current and past cases or a comparison of current and past laws related to equal employment opportunity). Where can I get some help? Please help!!! :frowning:

Well... Equal Opportunity is not only gender related but it deals with fostering diversity at the workplace in terms of ethnicities as well as providing opportunities to people with disabilities - among other things.

You should be able to find plenty of case studies on organizations that have implemented Affirmative Action in recent years.
