Seeing many topics about hair removal stuff…want to know if anyone has used Epilators? What i’ve read is that this machine pulls out the hair from the root…does it really hurt and is it better than waxing and shaving ?

Two of my friends bought one a few years ago. They said it was very painful and not very good cause it took forever to get a small section done. The pain was enough for them not to recommend it. Others on this board may have had a more positive experience, lets see.

i dont think ill go near it for anything in the world! 
Well I shave my legs but I can't do teh same for my arms coz my hair grows thicker if I do...so I use an epliator...
It doesn't hurt if the hair is short...but if you wait for your hair to grow long then it'll sure hurt BIG TIME...
I'd say it is less painful than waxing your arms :)
But I wouldn't reccomend it on the thighs or underarms! OuCH!
waxing, shaving, bleaching, laser hair removal...all work well on specific body parts.
