epilating during pregnancy

I just found out couple a days ago that I’m 5 weeks pregant. I usually use epilator for arms and underarms, but now my friend told me that I should not use epilator in pregnancy as it says on epialtor using instructions. I find waxing really painful specially for my underarms, I was trying to wax a while ago and got so many bruises may be because I dont know how to wax properly, and just gave up in the middle. Plz tel me if I can use epilator in pregnancy or not. Thanks xx

I use it all the time I dont think its harmful to u or the baby

Yeh I didnt even understand why not to use but dont wanna risk it, so asking if anyone have actually used it while pregnant.

I switched to shaving from depilatory creams (hair removing ) and have never looked back.

i used epilator during pregnancy and even got waxing done a few times, no harm

I got full body waxing done one week before my delivery.
