PCB is a cricket board that has been running with an adhoc setup for 8 years approx. It has not constitution and has a bizzare head called the Patron in Chief who at his personal discretion keep playing musical chairs with the Chairmans position. The protest is against this ad hocism. But the system is so stubborn that such acts really don't cause much of a dent.
