Awh First of all Congraaatz for ur weddin.. I'm also getting married dis summer, and wondering the same thing
hm I'm considering abt Maula mere Maula n afreen afreen for Barat.
But I love Jashne-baharan instrumental .. it is soo nice
I will probably use my Mehndi...=).. Yu should hear to Jashn-e-baharn .. Mayb u lyk it for ur baraat=) ... ppl plz post sum ideas.. =):.

I too am a little confused because there are so many beautiful songs and I’m not sure if I want to do something bollywood or something older and a classic. I can’t really decide but I thought I would show you ladies the top few choices on my list right now. I keep changing my mind however, so these may change but tell me what you guys think! I’ve edited two of the tracks to make it suitable for me! :slight_smile:

Heres my first choice for my Valima entrance. I edited the track to make the intro a long instrumental but Atif eventually starts singing at 01:29. Enjoy..

for valima...you can walk into Mere Haath Mein from fanaa..tht would be super cute... you guys could you know walk in hand in hand...to that song..and it would be perfect.

Ohh I totally forgot about the Fana one! Very beautiful..it doesn't help my confusion haha. I'll also be using Kinha Sona Tenu for our slide show, love that song! :)

okay my friend told me that on her cousins wedding they turned off all the lights at the arrival of the dulhan nd played "Aik din aap yun hum ko mil jaeynge" , only the dulhan was in the spot light. It felt amazing. think abt it too.

How about walking into 'Aap ki nazron ne samjha pyar ke kabil mujhe' it's a really old song but therre is a lovely remix version (which hasn't ruined it at all!). Have a listen to it.

I am thinking instrumental of DDLJ's tujhe dekha to ye jaana sanam..
Only coz I like literally grew up with this movie and theme song - and it hasnt been played for ages so it'll be a nice one and ppl can easily pick it up?

I dont know whether instrumentals are effective with brides entrance any ideas?

So I was wondering, do you guys know how often a song is played during the time of the ruksati? I have heard ppl saying there shouldn't be because the quran is out over the bride. What do you guys think?
