Entertainment at Mehndi

Hello,

I am having my menhdi in Karachi. I actually live in the states and most of my friends come to my mehndi in Pak.

I was wondering if anyone has ideas of entertainment at menhdi’s when there will not a be a lot of people participating in singing/dancing.

I’ve heard people suggest qawwali’s and musical night, etc. Can you please recommend people who are good at qawawali’s or other musical performers.

Games? I'm doing a slideshow on my sister's mehndi night with her and her fiance's baby pics and some random videos/messages from people, should be fun!

I don't know about khi but here we've done:

Dhol with mehndi/shaadi ke ganay
Slide shows
Funny skits of how the couple met or how the parents met
Stand up comedy act by the BILs
Karaoke
Antakshree
Games

Hi I also having my wedding in Karachi in November and I have booked musical band for that I am paying 120000.00 one lakh and twenty thousand ruppes it will have saleem javed (he will cover fast and bhangra songs) naeem abbas rufi (he will cover qawali and suifi songs) ammar ali khan ( he will cover rahat fathe ali khan songs) kamran sagoo and other local singers with comedian as well....I am sure everyone will love it and the function will run for whole night.
