**In case of Sonia Naz an enquiry has been conducted through a tribunal. The victim is wife of a lower division clerk of taxation department. She April had been claiming he had been made disappeared by the Police while Police says he was a runway from facing an embezzlement enquiry. Her husband has by now appeared claiming he spent this one year at once place to another and he had contact with her wife. She has now also confirmed she had contacted but earlier she did not accept this because of fear. The lady is so “brave” she passed through the high tight security of assembly and sat with “un-reachable” lady MNAs who had come in the assembly on the slogan of women rights. She was arrested for entering the Assembly and was set free an bail. Now she alleged that she was raped by an S.H.O in presence of a DSP. Every dick and Harry is now crying and demanding maximum possible punishment to the accused. I also favour the maximum severe punishment but only after it is proved the accused committed that crime. The authorities have done good ordering a probe at high level. But as a citizen I wish complete justice should be done both to the victim as well as to the accused by thorough investigation and to arrive that another angle should not lose foresight of the investigators. One: the high skills of the lady should not be ignored during enquiry. She very tactfully broke the security cordon of national assembly. The late midnight when Gujranwala Police raided the house of her relative where was hiding, minutes before in that midnight-hours she left and “safely” reached Lahore not less than to the doors of famous Asma jehangir whereas Police in Gujranwala knowing it missed her only by a few minutes was searching very car or bus approaching Lahore. So she staged this drama that her life was in danger through hands of anti social elements and in fear wanted to go to her country. Sonia Naz deserves all the sympathies if she is really an innocent sufferer. The culprit must be punished heavily if it is proved beyond of any doubt. **
