As harisZ said it is frustrating. in the immediate term some strong measures have become necessaru w.o which there could be major collapse.
Social fabric will pay the price - I agree. But that's called reaping what you sow. A society that has proven incapable of bringing up decent leaders and where 'jihad' training has become a major industry for local consumption and export has to pay the price.
