Just to add, **Almost **every English word when you write it in Urdu starts with an ALIF has 'An' before it.

The article "an" is used if the word begins with a vowel sound.
If it begins with a consonant sound 'a' is used.

KKF because HOUR is written with an Alif Madda/Alif in Urdu :wink:
