English suits now in for wannabe PMs

has anyone noticed recently the shalwar suit dresses are being replace with english suits by main stream political leaders

one day NS says I am not islamist and second day he drops shalwar kameez in meeting with BB

same goes for hard core shalwar suit people, ie Jahangir Badar, Shahbas Shareef, many around BB and NS and also pervaiz elahi.

is it just to please US/West look we are modern and westernised and differentiate with the likes of Qazi and Diesel M.

As if Americans wear suits all the time. Americans are the most dressed down people in the West.

If you really want to see the suits, go to Japan!

Now tell me if the suits have dulled the Japanese "national dress" or their national spirit.

Oh Bhai loag! It is not your dress, but what's inside it that determines your character.

You wear Shalwar Kamees aka the night suit and get a license to kill (just like the Swatted-swati-Mullahs).

Its about perception, more than about reality. You wear shalwar kameez and topi and you are deemed extremist. Simple. Inside be damned.... ;)
