Andrew Strauss, in particular, has looked very good thus far. Apart from magical deliveries here and there, he has maintained his composure throughout his innings.

I would say, why haven't Dravid tried Tendulkar for few overs, we all know he has a habit of taking wickets. and he could have given Cook a heck of a time.

yea definately a good idea, but i think Dravid has a lot in his mind and probably many suggestions, the commentators keep stressing that he needs to have patience with his bowlers and give them time etc

you're right tho, tendulkar does have a habit of taking big wickets

Oh man, before those commercials got underway, they showed stumps flying around in a full 360-degree circle with that chikna camera. I loved that sight. They showed it a couple of times before as well, and it was just plain fantastic to see.

I am not criticizing Dravid, its just that Dravid is a cool customer, and he tend to bring wise changes thats why for me such things become just the usual thing and reason to back it up was the way they use Tendulkar in ODI against Pakistan.

anyone would be under stress in that situation I guess good lunch will give his mind some rest and gather his thoughts and attack.

Well, part of the reason CricBuzz is faster than the stream we three (at least) are watching is because the stream is slower in itself; it is usually a minute or two on streaming delay, whereas, I believe, CricBuzz/CricInfo updates are made directly after the latest happenings on TV, and not on the stream, hence the reason for faster updates.

But yes, CricBuzz is a mile or two faster than CricInfo.........But I think we all know the reason why. :D

I agree. Kumble and Harbhajan are definitely getting the ball to turn, and as was evident from that one over the latter bowled. Half a dozen balls caried the weight of wicket-taking deliveries, unfortunately, they were too good to produce a wicket.

If the pitch is providing some assistance to the spinners, it might be a good idea to bring Tendulkar on, and see if that brings the necessary breakthrough India is looking for.

Indians have managed to mess up the advantage they had after DAY 1.
