**Alastair Cook will captain England in the second Twenty20 match against South Africa after Paul Collingwood was ruled out because of a back problem.**Collingwood suffered the injury during Friday’s dramatic one-run win over the Proteas in Johannesburg.
It means Cook will lead the England senior side for the first time in only his fourth Twenty20 international.
England also have worries over Graeme Swann (side) and James Anderson (knee) ahead of the match in Centurion.
With Andrew Strauss, Stuart Broad and Kevin Pietersen all considered unavailable until the one-day series, England have only two fit reserves, Graham Onions and Adil Rashid.
However, either Strauss or Pietersen could be pressed into action as an emergency measure as they look to wrap up their first trophy of the winter by avoiding defeat in the second and final Twenty20 international.
A key man could be Eoin Morgan, whose stunning 85 catapulted England to 202-6 in Friday’s opener in Johannesburg, which proved just enough when rain curtailed the Proteas’ chase.
The Irish-born batsman is attracting admiration for his ability to mix up clean, orthodox strikes with some unusual shot-making.

“Joe Denly is the one who has to make way when Kevin Pietersen returns to the side”

But the player downplayed the attention and insisted he was not yet an automatic selection.
“I was certainly happy with the way I did play and it’s a building block towards where I want to be, but I’m far from cementing my place in the side,” said the Dublin-born left-hander.
"I’ve only played a handful of games and I’ve still a long way to go.
“We’ve certainly put a positive slant on the series to come with the way we batted, the way we bowled and the way we fielded.”
Eight of the nine sixes during England’s innings came off the fast bowlers, with Dale Steyn, Albie Morkel and Charl Langeveldt conceding more than 110 runs between them in their 10 overs.
Morgan said of Steyn (1-40 from his four): “The wicket happened to be good and I didn’t think he bowled particularly well.”
