yes indeed for once a muslim says he owes no allegiance to any sect and we all panic
he follows the hadith of all the sunni school of thought

that is his biggest undoing , and a big turn off
but otherwise he speaks by the books of hadith and a big fan of Allama Shawkani, Allama Albani and great ahle hadith masters
**Well I listened to the following where @ 8:30 minutes he explains the SPEED of Light by rotating his Hand one around the other images/smilies/:rota saying that light travels around the Earth so many times in ONE Second !
So I expected him to atleast tell his followers, Him being an Engineer should know that Light ONLY TRAVELS in a STRAIGHT LINE…:konfused: …and not ROUND and ROUND like He demonstrated in this Video!..:nope:**

I read randomly yesterday that he is arrested. Is it true? 
Yes. He was arrested, based on a small cutting of a clip from 2/3 years ago…he has been granted bail and back on youtube now. Anyone who watches his videos regularly knows that he never advocates violence - he was giving an argument and saying things for arguments’ sake…which they cut and put up an FIR on him… he survived an assassination attempt from baraiilvies a few years back too… but it goes on to show how pathetically ghatiya soch the typical ‘religious’ folks in our country have…they can stoop to any level and fabricate lies to any length to safeguard their dukaandaaari… funnily enough…he is going to get more famous now after this… but i do fear for his life…these typical molvies can go to any extent.

First of all I do not think Engr Mirza is Qadiyani as some people think. I think he is a Muslim who tried to simplify Islam for the youth but like Einstein said, “everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler.” Engr Mirza, due to his need4speed, made Islam “simpler” than it really is.
I personally got bitten by one of his clips which someone sent me. I’m biased toward taking quicker and easier paths. In the clip Engr Mirza said that a single rakat in witr is valid, and I loved it ! Until someone noticed my quick witr and corrected me. Later I found more such stuff which Engr Mirza had over-simplified. For example, he declared that witr, qayam-ul-lail, taraweeh, tahajjud are different names for the same thing, then it was about "transition period" before end of sahur. I used to watch his clips as he comes to the point quickly but now I don’t.
