Every single muslim knows that before nikkah it is HARAM to have any kind of physical contact. You both are still na-mehrem to each other even if you are engaged. This rules is not made by “old boring people”, But Allah the Most High said that. If you are a muslim, you must take care of what Allah want you NOT to do.

Why can’t people just wait until after their Nikaah? You can still have one of these kinds of informal photo albums for future memories.
