How would this be for an engagement outfit? I know most people wear baby pink or baby blue, but I wanted to be a little different.

That looks very nice and different! If your the in-laws are okay with white/grey then it is a great option. :biggthumb:

thanks mahismart, i think i just needed a few words of encouragement that'd it'd be okay going out of the box a little lol, they actually don't mind as to whatever i'm wearing thankfully :)

I like the pink but for something i'm mostly going to be wearing sitting down, i don't like how the front opens or any kinda split from the center :/

My khala actually made it and that's my cousin in Pakistan modeling it before shipping it out. I have a few other outfits here that I've never worn so after seeing it I was debating between them, though this is the newest one. I believe the kaam and everything is in a bronze/gold tone so I was planning on wearing my bronze metallic-y shoes with them. I have a really heavy and beaauuttiffullll pishwaas, but its all red/black/gold and I was wanting to avoid wearing red even though I don't plan on wearing a full red outfit on the shaadi. Or should I just go with that? Either way, I think I'm tired of the baby pink and baby blue :/

I Love it!! you should totally go for it, its simple yet really beautiful! it doesnt matter what most ppl wear…wear what u would like to …

Could you be a little more specific on the kaam..? I don't think I can see it that well, but then again, I'm no expert on being able to tell these kinda things from far away lol
