Engagement dinner

If theres an engagement with a total of 60 people, what kind of dishes would you serve? and how many dishes?

Rice, naan, two salans (1 vegetarian and 1 meat) and salad.

Biryani, naan, Butter chicken and something veggie, salad and one appetizer like pakoras.

We had salan (i think it was mutton), chicken pilau, naan, kebabs, roast chicken and then salad platters for each table (mixture of kuchumar, chana salad thing, fruit chaat and russian salad) & then kheer for dessert. This was for around 100 people.

biryani
nan and paratha
