I can’t seem to decide what sort of cake should we get designed, anyone got any ideas? Would a tier cake look like a wedding cake? & what about cup cakes? It’s all well confusing.

It's a small function, around 80 guests.
Colour of dress is tea pink & fawn.

I think cupcakes are so adorable for an engagement! You could get a tier of cupcakes :) and maybe a small cake if you do the whole cake cutting thing at engagements?

I love the cupcake idea and also it will be different bc then for the shaadi you can do a nice big cake IA. I like the matching the cupcake to the brides dress - so you could do half tea pink and half fawn and depending on how many guests you are expecting do as Cupcake said a tier of cupcakes and I would get mini cupcakes bc if they are too big most of them will go to waste as our older people really dont like really sweet desserts then the bachai will just like off the icing and throw the cake away! Ohhhh and you could get those pretty engagement rings and put them in each cupcake and if you are getting a small 6" or 8" cake at the top of the cupcake tower you could put a huge engagement ring on the top of that cake..... I can imagine it and it looks so pretty and cute!!! :)
