oh yea.. i dunno why for some reason i thought you lived in the UK, lol.
anyways, you should be able to get cheap chiffon or georgette from any fabric store, especially indian ones. or even online in the US i'm sure.. i was looking at UK sites, since i thought you were in the UK.
i think rabia is trying to say don't go with the same colour that is the most predominant in your outfit. i think that was pink? but you had other colours in there too... chose one of them to bring colour to your deco so that there will be coordination but you will still stand out :)
