… if u folks find some spare time looking beyond ICL , Inzi, Razzaq and yousaf, there is an international ODI going on and sofar a quite interesting one too
Eng batted first and reached 288
India are 29-2 after 10 Overs
Gangu made a stupid move while trying to go for the 2nd run and getting run out by Monty and Gambhir was worked over by Anderson.

So far a quite interesting one too
It has been anything but. Dravid's captaincy left alot to be desired. From someone who is well-armed at developing and deploying strategies, today was horrible. Agarkar was made to open the bowling, which was a daft decision. RP Singh should have been used instead. Ganguly was brought in as the first change after 15 overs; Chawla would have been more suited as an attacking bowler during the last Power Play. As England's second-wicket partnership was building, Dravid refused to bring back Zaheer until the 35th over and persisted with part-timers. It was too late by then. Tendulkar, Yuvraj and Ganguly gave boundary balls away multiple times each over. Chawla should have been used in conjunction with Zaheer, nill strategy. I was also shocked to see Agarkar at the end veggie'ing two deliveries at 66 and 67 mph. Terrible stuff from India, absolutely no homework was done on any of the batsmen. Karthik was quite ordinary in the field also.
On another note, Mark Benson ate a plumb Sachin LBW.

As a captain, Paul Collingwood needs to set an example and bat up the order. England need to shuffle their batting order and accomodate the captain in the top four. Not coming in at number 5 and 6, certainly.

For the first time in my life - I am gloating with delight that India got thrashed.
I am wondering why.
Possibly 4 reasons :
(1) I hate the team after it cowardly crafted a DRAW from a sure WIN in the 3rd test.
(2) I feel Tendulkar is still fooling everybody through his fair-weather performances. This I totally despise.
(3) Agarkar was playing.
(4) Defeats of the BCCI Indian team is good for ICL in terms of public support.

^ Yes...Yuvraj !! The sad way he is being handled by BCCI - is probably another reason why I am delighted England beat the crap out of India.
Talking about his case make my blood pressure shoot up. He is a classic case of how you can kill somebody's career.
I talked about him being mis-managed by the powers-that-be. And I fear that he might soon succumb to it.
Make him sit out for the entire test series when he is in great nick, dont give him a decent run...play him in one game here and one game there...he will score ZERO sometimes like everybody else...but don't give him as many chances to make amends as the GREAT TENDULKAR or GOD'S GIFT to CRICKET - Dhoni. Consign him forever to be a fringe player. Pretty soon he will fade away from the team.
Reminds me of how Kaif's career went.
I repeat, its a shame that Dhoni was preferred over Yuvraj to be the captain in the Twenty20 cricket.
