Energy Giving Foods

It’s exam times. Which means exhaustion, which tends to come too often. i don’t want to drink coffee all the time cuz i’m not sleepy, just tired. and i don’t want to resort to sodas. so what other energy giving foods would you recommend for a very lazy student?

Eat a power sandwich! Eggs, fish.

Nihari will slow your system trying to digest it!

Re: Energy Giving Foods

yeah but nihari will also make me fall asleep :smack: i need to buy fish now :hmmm:

PM oh yeah dates! i have those. i should finish those.

spocks it didn’t work :bummer:

Re: Energy Giving Foods

Really? works for me. When I feel im really hungry and about to go work out, I cant really eat anything bulky, and a little bit of chocolate really helps! Its tiny (you can still work out without feeling droopy) and its got a lot of nutrition packed into it, kinda like energon cubes!

Starch is a sure pick-me-upper! A handful of nuts release carbs slowly into u're bloodstream.. a handful of raisins is great!

P.S. Spock, ENUFF of the pancake, chocolate..brownie/cookie talk!

During your exams and after exams also .. drink lots of water .. i believe this is the best drink .. because .. it keeps you fresh .. and it dunt have side effects like coke which just eats away your teeth and stuff .. and most of all whne you drink this .. you ll never de hydrate ..

well its the best thing . . .

aur lots of badaam chalgozey and lots of fresh fruit .. khaao .. keep awy from the oily stuff ... chips and burgers ...

aur good luck with exams .. InshaAllah you ll do good

yeah :bummer: had some last night, the one with almonds in it. didn’t really do much. it was just fun to eat it.

:hehe: @ energon cubes.

ooo raisins! i’ll get them next time i go shopping.

i always drink like loads of water. have to keep hydrated  i’m not a big fan of cokes. think mountain dew’s ok? :halo:

as for fruit, fruit’s a pain! and it’s like…super expensive here. and the good fruit, is pheeka pheekum. i shall have my badams.

The Pakistan students has three categories which are as follows:
1: Students of Matric
2: Student of Intermediate
3: Student of bachelors and masters.
Now only Matric students work hard and get huge numbers and after that pace of hardwork getting slow and in bachelors and masters students only study at the exam night so all these student need heavy food.
