I was active member of this forum during Swat Operation, when army moved in and the greatest post by the Vice President, Ehsan Bhai, back then was no body was allowed to post anything and i mean anything in favor or by any mean sympathizing with enemies of the our beloved homeland.
Now, its been few months since the negotiations started, negotiations are normally carried out between enemies, Pakistan was negotiating with TTP’s terrorist, or may i say, with Fazullah or Mulla Radio, and now this is 2nd Time Pak-Army and Air-Force have made strike against them… it was/is a surgical strike, may be they’ll stop now, maybe they carry it out.. but enemy has been identified and our forces are targeting them..
why not same message again on the this forum.. is that the admin was not patriotic back then and have Country before political affiliation and now the admin is more loyal to its political affiliation then the country?
I may not be (able) posting again and shall be moving in my Shell..
Re: Enemy Indentified, Army Moved, Strikes Happened, Still no word...
EB was great and so his rules were.
Now this forum seems like mouthpiece for taliban lovers. The saddest part is some of the posters are openly mocking the army and asking fellow posters "tell us which war our army wins"..
History will always blame IK for taking the "extremism apologetic behaviour" mainstream.

There is reason i left this forum, IK and his party has to go against Pakistan... if they win election and form govt in any province, then it is their ministers who shall be threatening 71 like situation over some disputed amount ( Siraj ul Haq) comes to mouth. There members openly blame Punjab/Punjabies for everything bad going on in this country.
Idiot Khan does not have vision nor he can see beyond his nose, lately he was found saying that national secrets on TV and later saying if Negotiations fails and then Operations fails what will you do? tell me any sane person let alone leader who would be issuing such statements even if they knew their army is going to loose or have lost???
if this is the leader and he is their official spokes person then same would come out from blind followers.
To me IK shall loose support from Punjab due to his confused stand and then he'll be blaming winners for rigging and what not!!!
Re: Enemy Indentified, Army Moved, Strikes Happened, Still no word...
No declaration of war yet, these strikes seem to be retaliatory in nature. Mr PM should develop the guts to front up on TV and let people know whats going on. Its his responsibility to develop consensus (and not some Joe Bloggs).

Perhaps the world goes lot beyond your nose, temporary guest. Plenty of Parliamentarians from Europe to America have condemed their armies and their military adventures. I know so many Englishmen were disguested by military options against the Irish.
But please do tell me one thing, I've asked this question so many times but don't seem to get an answer, perhaps you might be able to help. If what Imran said was so blasphemous, why didn't the army come out on record the very next moment to put Imran in his place and asked for public apology? I sure would've done that if I was some big shot in the army.
I see much misplaced pride in Pakistanis. Yes, it's indeed wonderful that army has carried out and air strike today, just like they did three weeks ago, and few weeks before that and in Christmas and before that, but why can't they come out and declare operation as a final policy? Just say the War is on and bring on the curfew and rationing. They don't have to hide behind politicans.
Re: Enemy Indentified, Army Moved, Strikes Happened, Still no word...
There is another politician in the country called Nawaz Sharif who, incidentally, also happens to be the prime minister of Pakistan. Just a quick reminder :)

And to what? Crass right wing pml-n hanif abbassi or nooners own jamshed dasti with the current trend of urbanization? Lets be real here: Punjab has a real problem with money now being sent by punjabi blue collar workers abroad to spread wahabiyat in the province. The huge population relative to Pakistan makes it an awesome ground to launch any sorts of sectarian and terrorist wars. I am no fan of Imran but how can you excuse SS pleading for taliban to leave Punjab alone in a conciliatory manner? Rana sanaullah campaigning with jhangvi pagris unless "we" have decided that shiites are now ok to be killed in Pakistan along with anyone who has a difference with them or isn't of their sect? Heck, they even blow up their own sect if they don't tow the line...

Once we thought that Afghan insurgency is an Afghani problem and there were few who thought it would ever cross into Pakistan. But today, Pakistan is burning in the same fire
Likewise, Punjab's rulers think insurgency in Karachi or KP is theirs problem and it will never reach Punjab. May it happen so.

Ahmed Shah Masood (Afghan leader) had warned Pakistan a few days before his death that Afghan war will end in Pakistan. The army hated the ANP people but they have been warning them of the dangers since 70's.
