End of MOORAT

I saw the end of the drama MOORAT and I really liked it alot. I think I would definitely purchase a copy on dvd when it comes out. However, I thought the ending was kind of predictable. Who else felt the same way ?

I saw the last 4 episodes since i got the dish late and i really liked it from where i saw it...i think it was great, the title song and the music is just really good.. since my mum is in pak right now ive told her to get in dvd since i hve to see the whole drama from the starting lol...

so yes a really really gud drama, wid gr8 actors who hve acted welll...

How did it end? I missed it. :bummer:

what? it ended? was that the episode where the hijra's mother goes mentally crazy?

I haven't been following the drama much so I dont know the names really.

LAST EPISODE (for those that missed it)

Yes, the heejra's mom goes mental and basically gets a bad headache and dies. Kausar doesn't go to see her after her death and so kausar's hubby (the police officer) decides to go and pays his respects. Kausar and Police Officer have a baby boy and they decide to do a party to invite friends. At the party are also the heejras and when Kausar's ex-husband (heejra Babar) tries to touch her baby boy, she hears his voice and comes out...to protect her baby. Thats when Kausar breaks down and tells her hubby that her problems are all because of ex-husband, BABAR. Her life was ruined because of marriage to a heejra (until now this has been a secret and her current husband was not aware that Babar was actually Babara.) Kausar cries and walks away. That's when it hits the police officer that he has to now father, not only his baby boy but also kausar and babar's daughter also, whom until now he hated. Poor child !

The play ends with police dude kissing baby daughter (his step daughter).

Once again... a great great drama.

I think it was pretty good. Best thing was that Asad accepts his wife's first child. I thought Kashif Mehmood would be normal but oh well, bad prediction.

according to me the ending was very well done and was very realistic, yes we all would have likled to c Babara turn into babar again but u have to admit the hijra community in pakistan would not have liked it as for the first time media shed light on them and their problems and ending it with the main guy turning normal would have been wrong and prolly unrealistic
overall very realsitic and nice

good to c it and my indian friend saw the last episode and commented "its good to c a drama ending"

I loved the ending. It was so touching.

hehe

i thought this was based on real life events, simply a brilliant drama, there was not one bad performance, abid ali gave the performance of his life

I never liked Tina Sani,
I knew her very well, when they were our tenants in Karachi
She never was a ‘Singer’ meterial,But MOORAT and her song ‘Bewafa Zamanay may’ has changed my whole perspective of her singing talent.

The climax, the end and the combination of ‘Bewafa Zamanay may’
Blew me right out,Bravo MOORAT TEAM :clap::clap:

It was a superb drama!

I have at least know more about hijray than I did in the past. The feeling that I got is that they sort of choose to be like that, such as Babar.

Anyway, the ending was good. I thought Maria Wasti's past would always remain a secret. It's good to see that she'll finally be having a good life.

oh nooo i read the ending of the drama! it hasnt finished over here yet
neway i agree the title song “yeh to jaan lou pehlay” is just fantastic! it makes me cry whenever i hear it, u can listen to it from this site

Nahinnnn....they dont choose, not all of them. The thing is majority of them are born eununchs. Hence they are given away by their parents to these people.

Sharaabi, Babar did have an offspring.

Does that mean thoso who choose to be as such have desires to be with women like he did?

Also, do they cohabit with each other or are they devoid of such desires?

wen did da drama end?....ive bn followin it since it strted n i luv it...but i neva sw da epsiode wen da mum gets mental....wot wos da number of da episode?

In U.K. The Moorat drama hasnt ended yet - ARY has messed up the schedule showing 25minute drama for every 2 days in a week - its abit confusing tho - glad u told us the ending.
Am abit curiuos on how these good actors tried to behave like heejra's -and then go back home and become their normal man-self without moving their hands alot .
