Apart from the nonsense stories how many have had encounters with such things?
I was seven, my grandfather had just passed away, he was in his 40s (married and had my khala @ 13).
He was rangeen mizaaj, Sharaab and Aurat were his weakness.
Apparently he died of a heart attack. Thats what we as kids were told.
He had a baithak(mens sitting room) with an adjacent bathroom that had a door opening to the main house.
After his death I was in that bathroom washing my hands when I saw him all white hanging from the fan of the baithak.
I still remember the terror that gripped me. I ran out and started screaming. It was dealt with hush hush by the elders.
Then there was this other time when me n my sister were in bed having a fight over the pillow. She had the pillow on her face holding on to it, I think i pinned the pillow on her face without realizing what I was doing when I saw these angry sparks in the dark that scared me to death. I realized I was suffocating her. Weird.
The sparks had a weird effect on me. They were angry and harsh.
Okay share yours. Pls no churail stories with long hair.
Studying late at night in my parents house - I saw dark figures moving around. Although, I was like what? 13 or 14 and had just begun pulling all-niters - not too good for a young girl's health - so I was probably seeing things.
There's also this monkey-jinn-booth story I have. I was physically asleep, and in the middle of the night, I woke up from a bad dream - mind you I physically woke up - I certainly was not dreaming this - and when I did wake up, the room was red and there was this monkey-figure hovering at the ceiling in the corner of the room.
You know those kiddy toys - where the monkey beats a drum - its one of those wind-up toys? Its a classic.
Anyway, it had horns on its head and a really nasty grin - the hallway outside of my room was even red.
I got so freaked, that I just covered myself with a blanket - I could even see the red light thru it. So I closed my eyes and buried my face in the pillow - I thought I was going to die. Well, I waited, and waited...and then i figured if it wanted to hurt me it would have done it by now. So I opened my eyes, and I could not see any red light thru the blanket. I peaked out, and the room was normally dark. I couldn't even look at the whole room to be sure the beast was gone.
I know this sounds like a kid's short story, but it really did happen to me.
I told my mom and she just told me to read namaz more.
How many of you have experienced a heavy type "thing" sitting on you when your asleep
known as sleep demons or incubus in the west I think they are called djin in the east and the Chinese call them something in chinese (cant remember what)
In our language we call those khapa-pusay, I’ve experienced one of those sitting on me, it was a cute kid with green eyes, I was partially awake at the time.
I’ve also seen a balaa with backward turned feet in my village in Pak, that day I’d been playing soccer at our farm and my cousins went home and left me there because the family living in our farmhouse wanted to show me around our land, I set off for home a few hours after Isha, I was just entering the village and saw it sat on a wall, at first I was surprised to see a woman outside by herself at that time of night without a chador on but then I realised what it was, she wasn’t ugly or scary, she was quite pretty with open hair and jewellery, after I got passed her she started calling me but I didn’t dare turn back, I wasn’t really that scared I kept reading ayat ul kursi and I had a gun with me, I should have shot it and become famous.
There is actually a state of waking yet dreaming when your brain is playing a dream before your eyes. You may feel awake and be able to look around the room, but your brain is still in another state. So this is when you may see things and believe them to be real. I’ve also had strange dreams of cats or rats jumping on me as i woke up in the morning. It’s wierd because you can kind of move but you feel a heaviness and may physically feel something sitting on you. I personally don’t believe in ghosts and I’ve never seen any either. If I did ever see a ‘mysterious figure’ I’d probably find some logical reason for it.
I never belioeved in jin bhoot until one day when i was at eid namaz and they announced something, I did not get teh first part but then they said
"jin ka Baccha hai aa kar lay jain"
I guess if there is a Jin ka Baccha then there must be a Jinn.
then the announced again... jin ka baccha bhoot kay paas betha hai, aa kar lay jain. I was curious and went to see this Jin ka baccha sitting by a bhoot. I guess the bhoot left by the time I got there because I just saw a normal human kid sitting by a phone booth. Dont know if that was Jinn ka baccha or did he leave with the bhoot too.
