I bought mine from Platinum Skin Care when I ordered the TCA peel since it was recomended to use with the peel. Now I occasionally use it as a moisturizer.

You can buy it online, Ive used it and quite frankly I didnt find it any good.
Depends what you are using it for, I have extremely sensitive and dry skin and it wasnt really that helpful
