Empty US Embassy in Belgrade attacked; one attacker dies

Re: Empty US Embassy in Belgrade attacked; one attacker dies

This friendly banter sickens me. Can we get back to hating on the US now? :)

Re: Empty US Embassy in Belgrade attacked; one attacker dies

'Shiner, are you feeling ignored?

And, I think there are a huge number of parallels between the independence of Kosovo and the formation of Israel. Geography aside, the UN protection and formation of a separate state to protect a persecuted religious group sounds suspiciously familiar.

Madscientist will look for differences, but it is clear that the Muslims of Kosovo have been persecuted, and the only way to assure their safety is a partition. Partition Pakistan and India, Pakistan and Bangledesh, Israel and Palestine. Walls make for good neighbors. You can argue who has the best historic claim on a specific piece of land, but all of these situations have similarities.

Unfortunately there are muslim who only bash muslims for anything that comes in their mind. What is the good work Muslims have done for you? Please elaborate. I havent seen you prising the Muslims for anything lately.

We shouldn't expect any less of the Serbians as Americans. By looking at American history in Serbia we see that the US has committed acts of war and terrorism against it and dictated to what it must do in its own country.

Kosovo has always been Serbian land, and was conquered by the Ottomans with the aid of the Albanians, who were also Muslim like the Ottomans. This is an age old historic matter that has nothing to do with the US.

Here's a quote from Albania's prime minister in 1942:

[QUOTE]
We should endeavor to ensure that the Serb population of Kosovo be – the area be cleansed of them and all Serbs who had been living there for centuries should be termed colonialists and sent to concentration camps in Albania. The Serb settlers should be killed.
