Would you add your colleagues and friends to your facebook or twitter accounts?

What if they have sent you an invite , how would you best deal with it?

If they are not friends I won't add contacts in my facebook account. To avoid receiving any unwanted add requests I have disabled the option for people to add me. That's much better than having to do any explaining or ignoring friend requests.

I have nothing to hide. I have my boss friended with unrestricted access to my facebook

I guess its more like where do we draw the line in terms of personal stuff and career and job personality .
