This is too 90s. Surely the fear of lawsuits has taught enough lessons for this to be a non-issue now.

Today’s crises are more like Jill who used to be Bobby until last week now wants to use the guys bathroom but still hasnt had her surgery. Can HR tell her to use the men’s room for now?

I know grooming and dressing is not your gig, I was just dealing with a couple and the lady was wearing a filthy winter jacket and the oil oozing from her pores was indicative that she hadn’t showered for a week yeah she has a right to dress that way but is she going to have a red carpet reception. Groomed people will get more cooperation. There is a reason they sell detergent and shampoo.
