Yes, he is really good. I ate at his restaurant in FL oh my goodness the albacore tuna was out of this world.

I don't like him or his 'grand' recipes. He makes it look like cooking is only for the 'experts'. He is too much fluff and little substance.

don't buy his pots. apparently if you leave them on the stove, and forget it, the bottom of the pot separates, and there is molten metal in between the pot and the base. fire hazard.
