Pakistans supreme court was about to annoucne whether the elections were legal… At the same time it is in America’s interest to ensure Mushy stays in power…Especially if America is planning to attack Iran…
Could these two incidents be related??

Obviously you have not been following the build-up to the war....the similarities before the Iraq war are all there...

Obviously you have not been following how hard our arses are getting kicked in Iraq and how much opposition there is to all these wars among Americans, and how it would be the most retarded move ever to invade Iran without any warranted need.
And even if these guys would like to see some more muslim bloodshed, it doesn't matter frankly. We can't afford it.

Oh no, the media has done a great job painting the Iranians to be crazy. But fact of the matter is, we can't afford the war. Everyone here knows it. Our tax dollars are being bled like crazy, and there is no financial way we could manage adding Iran to Iraq + Afghanistan.
I assure you, if we had more money, and the President had more moral support nationally, and if Iraq wasn't so controversial already, then we probably would go into Iran and start setting up a whole line of American ruled Arab territories - these countries would cease to exist as nations.
But only have so much money in our pocket, and the dollar is devaluing even more lately.
Plus with elections coming up, there's just no time.
