I was epilating my arms and it turned all red and now it has bumps on it. They are like white little bumps that are getting bigger 
Its really late at night so theres not many people I can call, wat do I do :-/

are you using some sort of chemical epilator ?
Do you have any antihystamine in your house ? Such as Benadry ,basically any allergy medicine for even nasal allergies will help if its an allergic reaction.

hmmm no its like a tweezer thing and the bumps are like mosquito bites :(

Then its just the tweezing and pulling hair off causing the irritation im guessing. As you know im no doctor :)
No need to panic. If its nothing big then relax, it will be better soon. If it is big then find a doctor near you and get em to check it out.

It's just the hair follicle that becomes raised as you pull the hair out from the root. Wipe over your arm with something like aloe vera gel or witch hazel to prevent ingrowing hairs in the future.
