Re: EMERGENCY IMPOSED IN PAKISTAN
this is from few weeks back. also courts have also released people said to be involved in suicide attacks against musharraf and shaukat aziz.:
The News International: Latest News Breaking, World, Entertainment, Royal News
The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday acquitted three activists of the banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi party of sectarian killing charges and set aside their capital punishment awarded to them by the Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) in April 2003. Mohammad Ajmal alias Akram Lahori, Mohammad Azam and Attaullah were sentenced to death by the ATC for killing Anwer Tirmizi and Zufiqar Haider on March 11, 2002 in the Shah Faisal Colony area Karachi .
Truly shocking that the judges were releasing sectarian murderers as well! All the more reason to declare Emergency and bring this intolerable judicial irresponsibility under control.
