im interested in hearing from posters like reza pehlavi, king_faisal etc, who're selling the terrorism angle. once again the question is, do you think the emergency would have been enforced if the Supreme Court was not deciding Musharraf's presidency?
actually, few weeks back, supreme court had ruled in favour of musharraf in the qazi hussain/imran khan case. problem is that supreme court judges wanted the spot light so they hauled the govt back on the same issue in the justice wajihuddin case. this is at a time when govt is battling terrorist in islamabad and when the chief of army should have his full attention on dealing with jehadis.
