You tell me that is it not law under Pakistani existing constitution that security forces cannot kill anyone in the country and if they do, they can be answerable to court?
Unfortunately, many in security forces and Musharraf's govt. are not fully committed to fight against Taleban.
And CJ did not stop them from fighting people trying to kill Pak forces.
