You tell me that is it not law under Pakistani existing constitution that security forces cannot kill anyone in the country and if they do, they can be answerable to court? And if it is so, than how can you expect that any security force can act against terrorists (because 1973 constitution does not recognize terrorism)?
No, its about rule of law mere dost. Arrest terrorists, bring them to court convict them and hang them. As a lawyer I'm all for it, and thats the normal procedure in a civilized world. But govt absolutely has NO right to arrest anyone w/o charge and locked them for indefinite period. What if that happened to your family member would you still support this stupid policy?
