I’m new to this forum, but finding it very helpful! I’m looking to get an emerald green gharara made for my sister’s wedding…I want the old-style glamour look…so I’m thinking of having it with sort of antique gold kadai and maybe a hint of pink or gold running through it…please help! I don’t know know the different kind of embellishments/embroidery you can get on outfits…what is dabka work? Zari etc? And what could look good? I want the bottom and top to both be emerald green as i think one block colour streamlines the look and makes you look slimmer But I’m thinking that another colour should be introduced so was maybe thinking of like a rose pink in the embroidery and ghot and in the dupatta to be rose pink too?
I live in the UK…are there any designers from Lahore that could make this and how much would something like this cost?
yes it can be made. it should cost u depending upon how much work u want on it. this gharara u re talking about if u want to wear it on ur sisters wedding right. then it shouldnt be alot of work i guess. adding rose pink seems like a good idea. i can also make it for you if ure interested.
