These unfortunate incidents are not only happening in Textile Industry but also at factories where large labour force is working. Normally such incidents occur due to negligent behaviour of the senior management towards the workers.
There is certainly pressure on the entire Textile Industry due to recession in the domestic and international market. Job cuts have become normal phenomena in the textile factories. There is a high level competition among the workers to retain their jobs within. However, with the in-house training of the workers, this will be overcome soon.
