its a feature of google's map. its called My Map. you can add your youtube videos in your map. once you are on your "My Map" , put a placemarker on the map, then a small window will pop up that will ask you to write the description, there on the right top corner, you will see the "Edit html" tag, click that and then paste the you tube embed code.... you are done...
