no response? what is up with that? they say u should expect a response with 7-14 days, tried calling them get a busy signal. should I give up? 5-4 years ago I emailed them regarding the visa case for my dad’s elder brother they were much faster, I think I remember getting a response or the case being taken care of within the waiting period for a response don’t remember which of the two happened. but has anybody dealt with the pakistan embassy via email. I’m sure they get thousands of requests a day, and it may be hard to weave through emails and see which one requires legitimate information, or is coherent enough to understand? no offense

And this is Pakistan. Seriously who the hell e-mails the Embassy of Pakistan for anything? You should do that in like 40 years, when the clerical staff know what a PC is.

**saying is one thing and actually doing it is another. we had a very bad experience with Pak mission in Toronto. going to their consulate is even worse...an elderly couple [75+] went with me. the guy at the counter was rude and gave all the INCORRECT info. They are Canadian people looking for a visitor visa. they visit Pakistan almost every year. their daughter is married there. They came home disappointed and angry at the guy who was soooooo uncourteous and rude.
next day, he couriered visa applications. lo and behold, their visa arrived in mail in 2 week's time. thats how it was supposed to be but not to this bad apple at the consulate.
they don't mind giving wrong info on fone or even in person. there is NO accountibility. shame!**

My friend emailed Pakistan embassy about his NIC of Pakistan. They responed after 48 hours with full details (collection time, name of the contact person) of my friend's NIC card, as well as he requested for passport renewal forum where the staff of the embassy email all types of passport forums alongwith details (i.e. which documents r required to process) and fee. :)

Thanks to Embassy staff they made my ID card even before i request for it, they surely responce quickly no matter its email or phone or direct personal meeting in embassy, compare with inside Pakistan offical work out side they are so humble and helpfull. Thanks a lot Japanese Embassy.

Do it old fashioned way , put a 20 dollar bill in envelope with your letter and tell them once the work is done you will send more . It will work like a charm.

ham agar is ko saraahnay ki bijaay un ke khilaf complaint karain to yeh ziyada behtar hy magar yeh bhi aik masla hy k agar sb ke sb hi aik jaise hoon to kiya itni tag-o-dood ka bhi faida nahi.

Best bet is to just go there or speak to someone on the phone. I would never contact Pakistani officials via email.

I emailed the consulate of pakistan got a generic response, I don't think they really read my information.
