when writing an email address in an email it turns blue and gets underlined and the underscore or dash part of the address gets hidden…so my question is does the recipient realize that the address contains the underscore?

in Internet Explorer you have option to close this underline link …just do these steps Tools - Internet Options - Advanced and here you can find
