I just have a general question…do men save email messages or delete them after reading? i know its going to depend on the type of man but overall do they have tendency to delete or save?
Re: email messages
i used to delete theemmmmmm just after checkingg ...
Re: email messages
thats good to know kinda creeps me out if someone saves something i dunno why maybe past experiences!
Re: email messages
It depends, differs amongst men. If he is your boyfriend, you never know he might save it. I save whatever I get from my fiance and I am a girl! Never send really personal or private things in mail, you might break up and then those highly sensitive things will be with him. God forbid if he is the kind of person to take revenge or destroy a "larki's" life, then you are in trouble. Never ever trust anyone other than your husband.
Re: email messages
i know that is why i am creeped out. i was hoping men in general just deleted stuff. sigh
Re: email messages
I kept all my records!
Re: email messages
I delete everything but keep the ones I like or the ones that are important.
Re: email messages
**I have made different folder in my in box and most of the time I transferred message to relevant folder and never delete them.
Whenever I get time, I check old folder and start reading emails from old time.
My school, college and then university memories are lying in my email boxes and these are the treasures of my life. **
Re: email messages
My university id doesnt offer alot of storage and i get all the huge files from my classmates. So whenever my inbox gets to 90% used ..... i delete all my messages except the very important onez.
However last year i started using gmail and setup my account so that i get all my uni emails to gmail account. Now i dont delete messages unless they r really trashy. So Gmail Zindabad.
I dunt get howz NOT deleting em is creepy... I am very happy i didnt delete my mails from past coz they happened to be my only proof against defendent in a case.
Re: email messages
I saved the important ones and the ones i like... but delete the other.....
Re: email messages
I save all of them even the chat history from 2004 till now. As email box has now a lot of space so I need not to delete them.
Re: email messages
my husband has saved every single pm, txt, email mssg, chat sessions into neat titles, date wise,
but then he saves boarding passes of tirps we have taken together, gift wrappers, tokens .. actually anythign savable of anything that has had to do with us.
i would do anything to throw them away cuz for me its just clutter..
but to him..
oh well
Re: email messages
^ LOL LOL LOL.......
Re: email messages
If the guy ever SAVED your message - that mean he really CARED about you and would like to keep the memories.
So in a way it could be good too, that he won't let his "treasured moments" go out in public.
So be positive. Worry only if you were in really bad terms.
I keep some and delete others.
Re: email messages
u can never know
some men do keep them but as soon as they're done with the person it's all trash
same could apply to girls, although men beat them to it:D
Re: email messages
I am a guy & i always save all the messages i get from my friends and from other important people
…i keep them for future reference…who knows i might need them in future? ![]()
Right now there are 1000+ messages sitting in my inbox ![]()
Re: email messages
I delete. But honestly, I never touch my sent mail - you never know when you're going to have to dig something out. So everything still sits there, but as far as incoming mail is concerned, no i dont save things for sentimental benefit. In fact, deleting is better. Out of sight, out of mind.
