what rights does ur boss have over your email at work? I hear its legal (to some extent) that the boss can “read” ur emails..

earlier in the week, i had the misfortune of my manager going thru my emails.. today i find that ALLLLL my personal emails and emails in my Inbox have been deleted..

How do you know it was your manager and not someone in IT? or some other colleeague who deleted yer emails?
