So.
here’s the thing.
i don’t seem to do anything productive after 5. i feel like my days over and im wasting my life away.
how do i make use of every moment
it’s like one moment it’s 5 and then next it’s 9 and i’ve just wasted all that time. then i have to start thinking about sleeping and waking up again. and the cycle just repeats.
im never on top of everything

This is not trivial. Of late I have been getting into this rut. Signing off now - and wont be Back for 24 hrs. Sometimes we just have to realize we are wasting time - and then act. Good luck!
