ELF products are a hit or miss. it really depends on what you get. their eyeshadows have no pigmentation, the brushes are good, but eventually will break (mine did), their lipglosses are very good, shiny too. I can’t say about the rest of the products as I have not tried them

Agree. I bought their liquid eyeliner and it feels watery, not that pigmented, and does not apply evenly.
