Elf brushes
I've tried the stippling brush and I really like it! But then again I've got nothing to compare that too.

i just need a good set of mu brushes specially for eyemakeup.. i know Mac is good but i cant afford 
plz ppl recommed some good and affordable… what i have in my mind is
- sigma
-sleek
-coastal scents
-elf
-eco tools ( i dont if they have good collection of eyemakeup set)
-debenhams ( it sells brushes without logo i checked one makeup case it was looking fine but i didnt buy as i wasnt sure about it)
which one is better??

Well as far as recommendations go I think you should stick with sigma. I'm saving up for sigma as well instead of buying cheapie brushes. Better to just get quality that last you a long time. I do have a Eco tools blush brush and it's very soft but then again I've nothing to compare that too either. People do say though that sigma is a dupe for mac?

Out of all those, Sigma would probably be the best, but it doesn’t hurt to get a few ELF brushes either! I have a few and I really like them.

I have a few ELF brushes and honestly you get more than you pay for, they're really good quality. I haven't tried any of the others you've listed apart from Sigma - I prefer their brushes over Mac.

Elf brushes r good. I have quite a few of em. If u wanna invest in a good quality set, Sigma is the way to go. Even coastal scents brushes r pretty decent for the price.

I think you should get brushes from elf first and see which ones you really use, and then invest on only those from mac. Sigma brushes tends to shed ALOT, and lose their shape after a while. I bought the contour brush and it was a waste of my 16 dollars.

^I use dish washing liquid to deep clean, then a moisturizing soap to make sure the bristles don't get dry...or my MAC brush cleaner if I feel lazy.

Baby shampoo, once a week for face brushes, once every 3 weeks for others.

Honestly I am a Makeup Junkie and use only high-end makeup brands...however my brush collection is ELF. When i started getting into makeup I bought their studio tools set online for 30 bucks...and their brushes are AMAZING!! They are obviously not as perfect as MAC but they get the job done professionaly and that is all I need. I still use them every day...their complexion powder brush is what I use everyday to buff my foundation into my skin and its the best out there... and I see myself reaching for it everyday even though I own the MAC 138 brush.
Their eyeshadow brushes are amazing as well...they have a crease brush, c brush, contouring brush, and u know what it gets the job done so I never even looked at other brushes for eyes...
However there are 1 or 2 brushes in the set that I don't really use like the foundation brush or the blush brush...but the quality of it is amazing and I never had any bristle fall out even though I washed them million of times.
If you're on a budget but want good brushes....I totally recommend the ELF studio brush set...

That's true about the bristles. I've never lost a single hair ever since I've had my stippling brush and I brought it over a year ago.

ELF eye brushes is just plain awesome! And I bought this really cute gem pink crease brush from their limited edition and I prefer it over any other. The quality is amazing!
