is it a good idea to buy stuff from England n use in the USA…
Is thr a lot of difference in the voltage…?

errrr no, buy em from US
voltage difference means u will have to by converters and stuff
some electronics do work on both 240 and 110 those are fine, but then u have to deal with the plug difference and need plug adapters as well.
not worth the hassle unless there is something that you really like so much that u must buy it in UK and bring it to US

most of the time warranty is not valid once you cross the border and beside that 110 and 220 is bigger pain to deal with ...
