Yeah he admitted hes a failure, just like how he admitted the nov emergency was illegal so you dont have to lie for him, and how come the mismanagement of the Karachi Electric supply by the hands of the MQM is ignored so conveniently. This was during the time of the MQM-Mush honeymoon, which by the way is almost over.

8-9 years of mismanagement, corruption and bad governance, and now we have a new Government, with a month or two, and you can equally pin the blame on them? More work has been done than it was in 9 years to find solutions to this problem.
