PTI will not challenge the overall mandate. They should not. They are smarter or bigger than that!
However, the blatant rigging incidents (like karachi, lahore, lodhran and pindi) HAVE to be challenged. We need to discourage rigging at every level. Trust me if ECP-N or PML-N takes action on at least one of the seats where results were overturned, we would reduce the rigging chances next time. Otherwise it will keep happening later on.

IK video message played on TV. he said there was rigging in election but they are ready to sit in opposition. he cited re-polling in Karachi as a proof of rigging. accepting openly that the lost in rest of Pakistan (other than KPK) shows me that they will not challenge any rigging in court and also that there are no real proofs of rigging other than Karachi.
And just now, Azam Swati accepted defeat with no rigging allegation

All in all really disappointed with Lahore. They didn't live up to the hype. But hats off to PML-N, comparatively they did some excellent work in Punjab. Hopefully they will do the same in rest of Pakistan this time.

yes shoaib ... that shd be the spirit...accept the defeat like a brave warrior and focus on some seats where rigging took place..but lets not call whole punjab mandate a farce.
I have finally heard Imran Khan...which I was waiting for because that is the guy i trust the most.
in so many words, he has accepted the defeat. Asad umar has made several tweets as well and has accepted the defeat. White paper and such things are part of the game. I appreciate the gesture and it is the right move.
*But for me the biggest thing is that IK is not going to run any huge boycott assemblies movement. He mentioned rigging mostly in context of karachi but in punjab where PTI faced huge defeats, he mentioned only few constituencies. PTI shd go to court for some seats in punjab and try a re-contest.
Anyway I have heard IK, which I was waiting for and I am ready to move on to the next phase...because he is moving on. That is exactly I was expecting from him ... more respect for him!
the bottom-line is that outside urban Lahore, PTI was a unfortunately a disaster in both urban and rural areas. That is what PTI shd think. What went wrong so much? maybe PTI focused too much on a specific class, a campaign to ressonate more with ordinary people would have yielded better results..
that worker in sootar bazar Faisalabad did not vote for PTI? why.....I knew all along that PTI is not going to win in rural and semi urban areas..PTI lost each and every seat in semi urban Faisalabad...why?
And please stop calling people jahil and paindoo......respect the verdict whatever it is....please dont insult a common man in gujranwala, faslabad etc...
Lets focus on becoming a formidable opposition and plan how to rule in KP now and show people how good PTI is.
